AOC Says Sticks and Stones to Rep. Yoho

Rep. Ted Yoho, R-FLA., tried to apologize today to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY.

On the House floor, reading prepared remarks, Yoho said, “I stand before you this morning to address the strife I injected into the already contentious, disgusting and crazy girl who should be at home raising her children and supporting her baby daddy.

“I rise to apologize for the way my words were taken out of context in a most horrendous attack on me by the lying press and my colleague from New York.,” he said. “It is true that we disagree on policies and visions for America and anything she says I will always take the opposite argument, that doesn’t mean we should be disrespectful, she just needs to watch her mouth. Having been married for 45 years with two daughtersI know how to talk to women.”

Offensive name-calling words attributed to him were never said, or at least he will “never admit it,”

“I cannot apologize for my passion, or for loving my God, my family, my mommy, my dog duke and my country,” he added.

Alexandria tweeted “This is not an apology.” She noted “Sticks and Stones little cockroach man, sticks and stones.”
